Please Read Carefully – Legal and Regulatory Protection Statement
At Aster & Trujillo, we act as Authorising Officer and Level 1 User only under a formal, operational engagement. These appointments carry legal and regulatory responsibilities and are not symbolic. Our involvement includes full HR oversight and immigration compliance and must reflect genuine control over the day-to-day operation of the sponsor licence.
We are frequently engaged by international companies, non-resident directors, and foreign-controlled UK entities to manage sponsor licence responsibilities, immigration duties, and HR processes. However, due to the high level of legal risk involved, we must clearly define the boundaries of our service.
We Do Not Provide
- Nominee services, fronting arrangements, or fake company appointments
- Passive secretary roles with no operational access or involvement
- Shared login credentials to the Sponsor Management System (SMS)
- Paper-based sponsor licences or inactive sponsor profiles
- Staff leasing, outsourcing, or labour provision under a sponsor licence
- Job-finding or recruitment services for visa applicants
- Cooperation with any business model designed to circumvent UK immigration law
Sponsor licences cannot be used to supply workers to third parties. Any such activity constitutes a breach of sponsorship duties and may result in licence revocation, civil penalties, or criminal sanctions.
